What is Style Masters Charter, LLC. Style Masters Charter, LLC is a charter bus company that will transport families, groups, as well as organizations to the destination of their chosing.  Our customers include churches, schools, colleges, universities, athletic groups, clubs, alumni organizations, etc.  However, we do not sell individual bus tickets for travel between cities. Where can Style Masters Charter take your organization? Style Masters has the authority to operate in the USA and all of Canada.  Style Masters Charter takes pride in traveling safely to all destinations. How many seats are on your charter buses? Most of our charters have 55 seats. What are the motorcoaches equipped with? All of Style Masters Charter motorcoaches come equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats, individual reading lamps, an on-board restroom, tinted windows, as well as video and audio systems. Is there room to store luggage and other items? Yes. Our charters have several luggage bays, capable of storing luggage for the number of passengers the coach was built for. Who pays for the driver's lodging? The customer is responsible for covering the driver's lodging expense. Does the company abide by the Driver's hours of Service regulations? Yes absolutely.  The DOT limits the number of hours a driver can work.  A driver is limited to 10 hours of actual driving time, and 15 actual working hours in a 24-hour period. Does your company have a formal Drug and Alcohol Testing Program? Yes.  All of our drivers are tested through our company's contract with PDSS.  Each driver must be screened for pre-employment and a negative report must be received.  Drivers are also required to read and sign an agreement to follow Style Master's Drug Policy.  It is mandatory for all drivers to view a 60 minute drug free video. How does the company handle "on the road emergencies"? Style Masters has a nationwide maintenance agreement which assures prompt service of equipment in all US regions. Is the carrier registered with the US DOT? Yes, Style Masters is registered with the US DOT and the carrier is properly insured and all coverage is current.  All vehicles are licensed and registered with Commercial License Plates. When is the final payment due? Your final payment is due no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled departure date. Charters not paid in full when due are subject to cancellation. What types of payment do you accept? We accept organization or personal checks and money orders. Do you accept credit cards? No, not at this time.
